Indian cuisine is incomparable because of its diversity, mouth-watering flavors and a large assortment of dishes, but sadly, it isn’t for everyone. Not everyone enjoys the heavy mixture of spices and oils or the limited choice in desserts that Indian food offers. Some people also find the combination of flavors and herbs a bit monotonous in the Indian style of cooking. Indian food may be exceptionally good because of its exotic ingredients and unique flavors but it’s not for everyone. For a health-conscious person or a person who doesn’t like his food to be too spicy and high on chili, Indian cuisine doesn’t have much to offer.
